Summer 2022 is seeing many changes in the SIPS administrative staff.  We are particularly happy to welcome Catalina Enright and Dayna Jorgenson to the Administrative Assistant positions in the 135 Plant Science and 233 Emerson offices.

Catalina Enright (cle46) is known to many in SIPS because of her valued role coordinating section seminar series and other SIPS events since 2019. She will be leaving her current position and starting as the front desk administrative assistant in 135 Plant Science, a position held by Ashlee Cherry since August 2021. Ashlee’s last day will be July 12th after which she will be starting a student services position in the Department of Communication.

Dayna Jorgenson (djj55) started work in the 233 Emerson office on July 5th, in the position last held by Danielle Fox. Dayna comes to SIPS from the Cayuga Nature Center where she participated in organization of the 2017 SIPS/Cayuga Nature Center BioBlitz.

Stop by the SIPS offices to greet Catalina and Dayna, and to wish Ashlee well before she leaves! Information about refilling the seminar coordinator position will be forthcoming.
