Leah Cook, Coordinator of the Plant Sciences Undergraduate Major and CALS Leadership Minor, reports that CALS Admissions has released the final numbers for the Fall 2018 incoming class of Plant Sciences Majors.
- Class composition: 20 freshmen, 15 external transfers, and 5 internal transfers.
- International students: 1 student from Singapore and 6 students from China (attending as part of a 2 + 2 program)
- Gender composition: 24 females and 16 males.
- Ethnic composition (self-reported): 13 White, 12 Asian, 3 Black, 3 Multicultural, 9 Undisclosed
