SiGMA is the graduate student organization for the Cornell Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering department. If you are a grad student in MAE, you are a member of SiGMA!

Professional Development
Events such as the Sibley Graduate Research Symposium and the SiGMA seminar series are oriented towards the professional development of graduate students of MAE.
Outreach
SiGMA organizes outreach events to give back to the local and NY state community such as the Big Red Barn Kids science day, expanding your horizons at Cornell, and Lego robotics outreach.
Social
SiGMA hosts a number of social events for students to get together and relax outside of the lab! Events throughout the year include ice cream socials, field days, game nights, holiday-themed events.
