Most years there are one or two openings for qualified students interested in topics such as (but not limited to) insecticide resistance (genetics, mechanisms, molecular biology, etc.), insect toxicology, P450 gene regulation, sex determination in house flies and/or metabolism of pesticides. Students may apply through the Field of Entomology . The field of Entomology has funding opportunities that include graduate research assistantships and teaching assistantships. Graduate School applications are due about December 1 (for Fall admission of the next year).
