An organized and timely registration process is the cornerstone of a successful Reunion. To help you, Alumni Affairs will set up online registration with class/group-specific content.
Your class/group will need to appoint a registration chair. 65th and more senior Reunion classes will have the option of using paper-based registration forms in addition to online registration.
- 60th Reunion classes and younger and groups should identify a registration chair who can speak to classmates about special pricing and package opportunities they might seek outside of publicly advertised options. 50th Reunion classes and younger and group registration chairs will also work directly in the registration system to modify classmate registrations as needed (e.g., add/remove events, apply discounts or additional event fees, etc.) and pre-assign housing. 55th Reunion and more senior classes will receive support from Alumni Affairs and Conference Services staff with facilitating registration operations and housing assignments for their class. The bulk of registration activity will take place between early April and late May. Online training videos covering key Reunion registration operations and activities will be available on-demand via the Reunion registration system to assist volunteers throughout the registration time frame.
- Processing paper forms (65th Reunion and older): Encourage your peers to register online. It’s sustainable and a time-saver for everyone involved. Classes celebrating a 65th or more senior Reunion may use a paper registration form if desired, personalized with class-specific Reunion pricing and information. Completed forms will be mailed to Cornell Alumni Affairs in Ithaca. Staff assisting with registration will process payment, input registration information into the online registration database, and send confirmation messages to registrants. Online registrants will automatically receive a registration confirmation email directly from the registration database upon completion of their registration.
