Managers often ask what a fair wage or compensation package is for different members of their farm team. One way to gain some insight into how your farm’s compensation package measures up to others is to participate in the 2020 Farm Employee Benchmark. The Cornell Agricultural Workforce Development Program is conducting a benchmark study of compensation in agriculture in New York and beyond. Your farm information will be completely confidential. Only aggregate information will be share. By participating you will receive a report and an opportunity to participate in a webinar discussion of the benchmark study results.
