Generation Investment Management
Felix Preston joined Generation Investment Management as Director of Sustainability Insights in February 2019. He is responsible for developing Generation’s thought leadership on sustainability, including the firm’s annual Sustainability Trends Report. Prior to joining Generation, Felix was a Senior Research Fellow at Chatham House – the Royal Institute of International Affairs – where he worked on issues including sustainable industrial transitions, circular economy, chokepoints in global food trade and low probability high impact events. He was co-director of the UK-China Bilateral Forum on Reform and Innovation from 2015 to 2019. He previously worked at the Environment Agency of England and Wales and the consultancy AEA Technology. He has an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a BSc in Geography and Environmental Science from the University of Sussex.
