Moraru Lab undergrads Samantha VanWees and Genevieve Sullivan both did a splendid job during the poster and oral presentation at the IFT 2016 national undergraduate research competition in Chicago, and won first and second place, respectively. Big congrats girls!
Sam’s presentation title was “Inactivation of Bacillus licheniformis vegetative cells and spores in milk using Pulsed Light”
Genevieve’s presentation title was “Physicochemical factors affect bacterial attachment on food packaging surfaces”.
