A quick note from me: Emily has started a new position as the Registrar for the School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions. We miss her greatly in MAE but are so glad she has gotten this great opportunity. I am still here for all of your needs. Add a meeting to my calendar. Meetings can occur in person or over the phone. Below are some updates and announcements from MAE Director, David Erickson.
Dear Cornell MAE Students,
In response to concerns about the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), President Martha Pollock has announced that Cornell University, including MAE, will be moving promptly to online delivery of all courses with complete remote delivery by the end of spring break. A number of new travel and Cornell related event restrictions have been announced as well. The faculty and staff in MAE are working hard on the transition to on-line delivery of courses and student services. As part of this we will host a series of open online listening sessions for students in all degree programs to voice their concerns, specifically those related to the MAE program. These might include concerns about the operation of MAE classes, access to facilities, completion of graduation requirements, etc. Understanding your concerns will help us manage the transition as well as we can.
The time and date of the meeting for undergraduate students is Thursday (March 12th) 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Zoom information included below.
