Hardware Engineering co-op position available for this fall at Tesla! The direct supervisor/mentor for the position will be Willie Mendelson, a Cornell Engineering Alum – BS Mechanical Engineering ’14; Masters Systems Engineering ’15 – the position is in the residential energy group leading energy storage hardware programs (Powerwall etc.). They have some very exciting products in their pipeline that present some excellent opportunities for an ambitious intern interested in learning what end-to-end hardware development is all about. The position will have a lot of responsibilities and work side-by-side with this Alumnus, who also participated in a co-operative work experience as a student.
Co-op students are registered in absentia for the semester. This includes the approval to participate process as well as securing the co-op and completing the acceptance agreement forms. As the forms require approvals from others, you must begin this process immediately. Please contact the Engineering Career Center as soon as possible at engr_coop@cornell.edu if you are interested in pursuing this opportunity. Send your resume with your message (to be forwarded to Willie), and we will provide you with the information required for co-op participation.
