First, read through our description of the plot protocols, downloadable through the link below. If you’d like, you can print these out to bring with you into the field.

Next, download and print out our field datasheets. These are formatted for ease of use in the field. We recommend you print them out and bring them with you for data collection on a clipboard. As we continue work on app development for future Hemlock Health Monitoring Plot data collection, we hope these datasheets will be simple and easy to use in the field.

Finally, submit your data. In the immediate term, data can be submitted using our digital spreadsheet, which you can download below. We have designed all spreadsheets to make it as simple as possible to transcribe the data from your physical datasheets to the digital datasheets.

After you have transcribed your data into the digital datasheet, please send the finished datasheet to statonlabapps@gmail.com. In the first year, the finished datasheet will contain data on the sheets labeled 1-4 (5 is optional). In future years, you will only need to fill out sheet 4 (and 5 if you would like).
