I’m often asked about my vision for the college. My vision? My vision is our vision, the one we defined for ourselves when our three iconic schools – Johnson, Dyson, and Nolan – came together in 2016 as the SC Johnson College of Business. Our “North Star” is to develop principled, purposeful leaders for the world who think responsibly about building a sustainable, shared prosperity.

In thinking about sharing how we live this North Star within our community, I decided to write a monthly blog. I’ll share insights, accounts, and highlights about our faculty’s research, student-led innovations, staff contributions, and alumni achievements from around our wonderful college.

The challenge will, of course, be in the choosing. As I launch this effort, I look forward to opening dialogues with those whose lives and work embody the values that we seek together.
