I have a cannon color imageclass 7660. Received the error message but there was no paper in it.
First solved the problem by unplugging the printer for a few minutes, then restarting the printer.
But later, I ran another paper jam error. It showed me the error message after each page. Unplugging didn’t solve this problem. Then I unplugged the printer, restarted it, and let the printer clean. Wa-Lah, problem solved.
