Travel and Accommodation

All sessions will be held at Cornell University’s Lincoln Hall or Carl A. Kroch Library (both located on the Arts Quad). For general information about travel to and accommodation in Ithaca, please see the Traveling to Ithaca website (maintained by the Hotel School) or the Visit Ithaca site. Participants from the New York City area for whom the Campus-to-Campus (C2C) Cornell Bus may be convenient should book their tickets early. The buses often fill up in a few weeks in advance. For those who fly into the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport (served by Delta, American, and United), note that Ithaca has both Uber and Lyft.

For accommodation we recommend Airbnb or Vrbo (or the like); there is no housing available through the University, as the dorms are reserved for Cornell’s summer programs.

If you are interested in coordinating travel and/or accommodation with fellow participants, please visit our (password protected) Travel and Accommodation Forum.
