The feedback at our 2021 Fall Tax Conference was overwhelmingly in support of a 2022 Partnership Tax Seminar. We will be offering this seminar at the locations below with an early bird price of $295 and a regular fee of $360. This fee includes reference materials (both printed and digital), great breaks, and a hot lunch. The agenda will address current issues involving the formation, operation, and termination of a partnership, but will be fine-tuned based on feedback we’ve received from recent survey results. A case study approach will be used to provide practical application of the rules and opportunities of partnership taxation. The seminar will provide 8 hours of CE for IRS and NYS CPA continuing education requirements.
