Our friends at the Rochester Institute of Technology are administering a program that will reimburse companies for equipment/purchases that will help reduce their overall carbon footprint.   If you are a business registered in New York State and produce more than 1 ton of excess food or food scraps/week that is sent to landfill or an incinerator, you might qualify.  See the flyer below for more detailed information.
