I used to be a transportation and geek in my childhood, and that led me to get into the field of urban planning. But my real passion has started after getting into this field. I found that there are so many aspects in city planning, which I can learn and implement on real plans. I might never stop exploring the city planning world!

What made you decide on choosing Cornell’s program?

Cornell’s MRP program looked like a perfect fit for me, in terms of flexibility and multi-disciplinary. Here, I am able to build my own program, while strengthening my fundamental knowledge and skills required for becoming a professional planner.

What has been your favorite class/professor/experience in the program so far?

I cannot pick one favorite class between the great classes I am currently taking..But I am nurturing my planning background in Professor Shi’s and Campanella’s classes, while practicing real world situations in Professor Mazarella’s and Jones’ classes.

What is your favorite thing about Ithaca?

Nature, nature, and nature!

What are your career ambitions after Cornell?
