Growing Accessibility and Inclusion at Cornell AgriTech

Without diversity in crops and production practices, agriculture would grind to a halt. Without diversity in human life experiences and knowledge, ag research and extension would stagnate. Learning more about the infinite differences that humans bring to the table helps us create accessible spaces and leverage everyone’s strengths to build sustainable communities and foodways.

This blog presents concise information about diverse identities followed by actionable recommendations to help the reader foster students, colleagues, and collaborators in agriculture, ag extension, and research. We’re always growing in our understanding and appreciation of our extended community. Grow with us!
