As a professional degree, CIPA encourages practical training to prepare fellows for the world of work. Some form of practical work experience is required. One of the options is to complete a summer internship between the first and second year of study, offering students the chance to apply skill sets from their first year, gain hands-on experience, and develop a better sense of one’s professional interests.
