Below you’ll find answers to the questions that we get asked the most when students apply to CCE Summer Internships.
Is housing provided for the summer?
- No, unfortunately housing is not provided by CCE for summer placements. We encourage applicants and interns to reach out to the project team for guidance or information on what housing opportunities may be available to them. Even though the association and/or faculty member may have insights on housing opportunities, it will be the interns responsibility to secure summer housing.
I am a CALS student but interested in a CHE project, can I apply for CHE projects?

I am interested in multiple summer projects; can I apply for more than one project?
- Yes! You can apply to as many projects as you are interested in, however, you must submit a separate application for each project.
Is driving required?
- Some projects do require driving on behalf of the project. If driving is required, you must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of clean driving experience. Driving under a learner’s permit does not count toward the 2 years of driving experience requirement.
