This page contains videos created by our flow core staff consisting of FlowJo analysis demos of common experiments as well as other troubleshooting tips at the machines. Box (cloud storage) sign in using Cornell netID is needed to view videos.
Compensation and Spectral Unmixing usually do NOT need adjustments if your controls are created correctly. Below are demonstration videos showing examples of how to adjust these matrices only because their compensation/unmixing controls were not ideal.
