Saving Your Data

Users are given access to a fileshare drive to save data after being trained on the instrument. You can save your data as experiment files, FCS files, and PDFs.

Experiment File
1. Right-click experiment -> Export -> Experiment
2. Navigate to Computer -> FlowCyto X: drive -> Your Folder -> Make new
folder with today’s date
3. OK

FCS Files
1. Right-click experiment -> Export -> FCS files
2. Navigate to Computer -> FlowCyto X: drive and select the appropriate
folder
3. OK

PDFs
1. Right-click experiment -> Batch Analysis
2. Browse -> Navigate to Computer -> FlowCyto X: drive and select the
appropriate folder
3. OK

Don’t forget: Saving your data is your responsibility. We regularly delete experiments from our instrument’s computers to free up memory.
