We are now offering “Staff Operated Sorting” for $125/hr for all sorters. This service includes the option to drop-off your samples for sorting by our staff members, or if desired, the staff operating the machine with the user present. Staff operating sorting appointments can be booked with the normal LIMS calendar by the user or staff, however, users need to additionally talk with the Flow Core Staff at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to go over details of the panel, expected cell concentration, gating strategy, number of samples, expected yield, etc. Free Zoom office hours is the perfect place to meet to go over these details.
We will begin reimbursement for cleaning time on the BD machines: BD sorters (Melody and AriaFusion) will be rebated 15 minutes per appointment, and BD analyzers (A3 and A5 SE) will be rebated 20 minutes per appointment. These adjustments will be enacted for appointments beginning on October 27th.
