Fall 2025 Checklist: 

• Who’s on your board? Please share updated board members list & bylaws with Lauren Garcia, leg92@cornell.edu
• Planning an event? Make sure you have coach and sport admin approval before moving forward, and share the details with AAD asap!
• Forward-focus: Let’s make 2025-6 a year of setting our teams and associations up for future success.
  Some ideas: Onboard at least one new board member, make philanthropy at any level part of your board’s culture, help Coach secure career opportunities and exposure for every player, share your knowledge with AAD or another volunteer..and many more.
