In the original drawing (Image 01), we followed a rule in which we only created right angles with absolute horizontal and vertical structures. The first drawing acted as a template for our subsequent drawings. Drawings 2~11 were created by the “swirl” tool, in which we warped the original image in a circular shape centered around the middle of the square canvas. Drawings 2~6 were warped in a counterclockwise motion, while drawings 7~11 were warped in a clockwise motion. Image 11 consists of another rendered version of our original template, in which we converted the polar coordinates of the template to produce a drawing that, like previous ones, continues to center around the middle of the canvas. Image 12 also used Image 01 as a template, and was manipulated with the “ripple” tool.
