Join Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County (CCEUC) and the Capital Area Agriculture and Horticulture Program for the 2nd annual Hudson Valley Value-Added Grain School and Trade Show on Friday, February 5 at Anthony’s Banquet Hall, 746 Route 23B in Leeds, NY, just off the Catskill exit on the NYS Thruway.
This year’s theme is “Making Grains Work on Modest Acreages” featuring expert talks on grain production, small-scale grain storage, and understanding grain quality parameters for brewing and distilling. The event begins at 8:45 am with the Trade Show and registration, along with coffee and pastries and an opportunity for networking, followed by a full schedule of talks starting at 9:30 am and ending at 3:30 pm.
The event includes a catered lunch, and the Trade Show will be available to visit all day. 3.5 CCA credits have been approved and 1 DEC credits have been requested in categories 1A, 21 and 10.
