Jill Jastrzembski successfully defends her PhD thesis

Congratulations to Jill for her successful defense of her thesis entitled¬†“Mass Spectrometry for the High-throughput Quantification and Mechanistic Investigation of Odor-active volatiles in grapes and wine”.

She’s off to California to continue work in the world of analytical wine chemistry.
