SPAM; It’s Hickory Smoked

My apologies for the sudden radio silence last week (and this). We were upgrading the blog software so as to take advantage of the nifty SPAM traps that come with the newer versions of WordPress. And then it was a long holiday weekend.

I’m happy to say that our new SPAM filters are cooking along nicely, now.

Two Things of Note

  1. Carrie spent most of last week busting through updates to the President’s site and the Provost’s pages on cornell.edu.
  2. The OWC will be building a site for the Vice Provost for Diversity and Faculty Development (Robert Harris). This is in our queue for this summer.

    Congrrats on both successes, I really like Davids page alot, and thank god you got rid of those spammers! WordPress has alot of great features built into it my favorite is the flickr role, was wondering what is yours?

    I appreciate the spam upgrades, but what about more blogs on cornell ?
