The Cornell University Viticulture and Enology Club (CUVEC) was founded in 2007 by a group of students in the Viticulture and Enology program.  The club is open to all students who are interested in the practices of grape growing and wine making, regardless of major or college.  Club activities include field trips to local vineyards in order to gain hands-on experience, social activities, and organization of a “Grape Stomp” in October.
