Cornell student contributes to Wine Shipper study

Education at work:  Tom Mansell, V&E alumnus, Chemical Engineering PhD student at Cornell and wine blogger recently contributed to an informal study on wine packaging published on Wine Business by providing a temperature model for wine stored at high outside temperatures.
