Today we started by setting up and calibrating the lab equipment (as in the past two days). There weren’t any samples to analyze during the morning, so we both went to the barrel room to do topping. The only new thing that we did with the topping was to top from pressurized kegs instead of using pitchers because there was a large topping project underway. We used the same sanitizing procedures that we were shown before. The topping took up the rest of the day and we finished with the normal clean up etc.
