The Cornell Small Farms Program offers the online course Starting a Small-Scale Vegetable Farm Jan. 5 – Feb. 23. The course incorporates optional face-to-face meetings at the Northeast Organic Farming Association conference Jan. 22-23 in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. The course covers site selection, enterprise budgets, cultivation, equipment, cover crops and more. $150.
