Cayuga is not the longest Finger Lake – Seneca Lake is 38 miles long.

We are talking about “longest” and “largest” here:) Seneca is the “largest” of the Finger Lakes, but not the longest. The article is correct, Cayuga is the longest. But those were very interesting facts, thanks!
