Prime time Weill

Filming began in February for a prime-time television documentary series set at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and produced by ABC News. The seven-part series will provide a fresh look at life inside a top-ranked academic medical center. ABC is expected to shoot at the Weill Cornell and Columbia campuses through June; the yet-to-be titled show will air in the spring or summer of 2012.

The creative team behind the series produced the medical documentaries “Hopkins 24/7” and the Peabody Award-winning “Hopkins.” Expect dramatic, inspirational stories told from the view of patients and care providers.
