The new Web site WiseChoice – self-described as “the most comprehensive online college guidance solution currently available” – puts Cornell’s statutory colleges on the top of its “Top 10 ‘Value’ Schools” that “parents and students should consider in their searches.”
“Parents and students often think that smaller, lesser known schools might not offer a complete college experience, or that larger, well-known schools are not within their financial reach – but, that is simply not the case,” says WiseChoice President Richard Taylor.
For Cornell, the No. 1 school on its top 10 list, WiseChoice reports that Cornell’s Colleges of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Human Ecology and the ILR School “offer lower tuitions than other colleges within this Ivy League university.”
That is true, but only for New York state residents.
