Alex Kresovich ’08 (a.k.a. Dirty Bird), a communication major in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, executive produced a rap album called “The Crowned Prince,” released in October 2007. The project drew on the marketing and design talents of six Cornell students. In its review, the Cornell Daily Sun raved that Kresovich “takes listeners on an emotional roller coaster with diverse board work and an appealing mix of vocal talents.” The first single, “Hey Hollywood,” was featured on HipHopDX, eceived radio play and was included on American Eagle and Hollister national store CDs. Kresovich is donating all proceeds from the album (more than $1,000 so far) to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
