The Cornell AgriTech STAR Committee’s mission is to foster a sense of community among the employees and visitors to Cornell AgriTech. Some of the activities that are coordinated through STAR include an annual banquet, children’s holiday party, golf tournament, and ice cream social. In addition, the STAR Committee promotes opportunities for employees to give back to the greater community through activities such as Red Cross blood drives, the Cornell University Elves program, and the coordination of volunteers at the Geneva Community Lunch Program.
Being a member of STAR and participating in STAR activities is a great opportunity to connect with people across campus, and to see first-hand why our workplace is an extraordinary community to be part off.
