The conference will be held at the Statler Hotel on the Cornell University campus in Ithaca, NY.

Transportation options:

  • By car the Cornell campus is 4-5 hours from Montreal, Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia, Providence, New Haven and New York.
  • There are several buses each day to Ithaca from New York City. Especially highly recommended is Cornell’s express C2C bus, which offers convenient stops on campus, comfortable seating, wireless Internet, power outlets, reading lights, beverages, and snacks. Advance reservations are necessary, and seating is limited. We suggest you book early. Express buses with reserved seats to Ithaca are also operated by Short Line and Big Red Bullet.
  • By air, several airlines serve the small Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport, located four miles from the Cornell campus. The larger Syracuse Hancock International Airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Ground transportation from Syracuse to Ithaca can be arranged through Ithaca Airline Limousine (phone: 1.607.273.3030 or 1.855.349.0084). Several scheduled trips are offered each day and you must call to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Amtrak trains stop in Syracuse, about an 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Cornell campus.
