Ranking and Sorting Strategies

Current Research in Food Science, a new open-access peer-reviewed journal, recently published our research on the strategies panelists use when ranking or sorting products, in this case sucrose solutions of varying concentration, that was conducted over two summers by our Summer Scholars (Markus Eckman, Amanda Olsson, Kent Andersson and Amanda Jonsson) .
