Presentation and discussion with staff and volunteers from Regional Volunteer Giving Initiatives and Cornell Annual Giving Programs

Many regional and Diversity Alumni Programs’ volunteers care deeply about supporting students and you do this in various ways! One approach for some alumni organizations is to raise money for their scholarship(s). If you are interested in learning more about how other fundraising committees and volunteers are making a difference, being even more effective, the importance of timing, and other ways to get more involved, this session is for you. During these programs you will hear from experienced staff and volunteers. Let’s solidify our efforts and extend Cornell’s reach together.

PLAN AHEAD – CUVolunteer tips and tools for your organization

CUVolunteer is our go-to place to find Cornell’s many volunteer opportunities and it’s also a tool your group can use to collect and process nominations, share and store documents, and identify new volunteers. Join us to learn more about how other alumni organizations are using it and some next steps you can take to make sure your online presence is up-to-date and “open for business”.
