The Student and Young Alumni Programs (SYAP) team engages with the youngest members of our Cornell family. From your first semester in Ithaca to your first day as a graduate, we strive to highlight Cornell’s network and support of one another. While there’s no shortage of student leadership and service on campus, we tend to see a drop-off in engagement upon graduation. Whether regionally, by college, or by class, there are still countless ways for young alumni to stay connected.
Our newest alumni—the Class of 2020—did not receive the typical in-person onboarding to alumni life, so SYAP (with collaboration from colleagues across the University), has created this toolkit for alumni leaders highlighting best practices for engaging this audience.
