Mendeley is a citation and papers manager, academic collaboration network, and crowdsourced database. Mendeley is popular with many scientists, and allows you to create private and public groups, which is ideal for labs wishing to collect and share research papers.
This hands-on introductory workshop will cover the basics and get you comfortable using the program—no prior experience necessary.
You are encouraged to bring your laptops.
After completing this workshop you’ll eligible for a free upgrade to Mendeley Premium, with the following benefits:
- Increase in personal library size for each user, from 2 GB to 5 GB
- Increase in group storage, from 100 MB to 20 GB
- Increase in private group size, from 3 to 25 members
- Increase in number of private groups, from one to unlimited
For graduating students, this works for alumni for one year after graduation.
