Living Molecules – app for iPhone

Chemical structures can be quite complicated to display, particularly on a poster or presentation.  With Living Molecules, an app for iPhone, you can display your molecules as QR codes stylistically situated within a benzene ring.

Description (from apple)

“The Living Molecules app allows specially crafted molecular glyphs to be snapped by the device camera, which direct the app to chemical data: molecules, reactions and collections. A molecular glyph is the chemical equivalent of a QR code. The app can also import chemical data from a variety of sources and create new glyphs, which can be included in posters, manuscripts, web pages, etc.”

Once you have the app downloaded, see if you can figure out what molecule is represented above!
