Q: I am trying to access a book in NetLibrary. Do I need to sign up where it says “Create an account”?
A: No. All Cornell users should have full access already once they log in. The “Create an account” option presented merely gives you a set of personalization options, such as creating your own “personal library” of ebooks in the collection.
Q: I am trying to access a book in NetLibrary, but I can only seem to access the first page of each chapter.
A: Make sure to enable cookies on your browser, otherwise you’ll get this problem.
Q: I am using an ebook in [Safari Books Online, Books 24x7, etc.] and want to print, but I can only seem to access one page at a time. Is there any way to print the whole book all at once?
A: Regrettably, no. All of the subscription ebook services we have access to include at least minimal copy protection in this way: They only allow printing of one page at a time.
