ASME & AIAA Cornell Chapter Volunteers Help Win Medals for Local Middle School Science Olympiad Team

With the help of ASME and AIAA volunteers, the Boynton Middle School Science Olympiad team was able to achieve overall silver medal in the competition as well as a few gold, silver, and bronze medals for other specific events in their regional competition! Activities ranged from testing the student’s knowledge of meteorology to having the students build a helicopter device to get an egg safely to the floor. Thank you all volunteers who helped out!
