It’s normal to feel more stressed than usual at this time of year. The good news is that there’s actually a lot you can do to help keep your stress in check so you can function at their best. Stop by one of Cornell Health’s free drop-in workshops (through Dec. 12) to learn strategies to help you finish the semester strong. Topics include Stress Management, Test Anxiety, Breathing Through Finals, and Strategies to Calm the *Bleep* Down.
