Paid Positions Available, Working with the MAE Instructional Labs

The MAE Instructional Labs are looking for help in the following areas.  All positions are paid.  

The jobs are generally 5 to 10 hours a week.  Pay is dependent on skills and year in school – $11 to $13.50/hour.  In addition to specific duties below all workers may be called on to do additional tasks as needed by the instructional staff, etc.  

Note: jobs may be combined if desired.

MAE 3230 Demo Help
Deliver, setup, assist and return MAE 3230 Demos.  Must be available at least some MWF from 9:45 to 11:15.  Can be combined with other listed jobs. 

MAE 2020 Demo Help
Deliver and return MAE 2020 Demos to classroom.  Must be available Wednesday at noon and Friday at 10 AM for half an hour.  Can be combined with other listed jobs.

Build 3230 Demos:
Help continue development of MAE 3230 labs.  Must have taken MAE 3230.  Can be combined with other listed jobs. 

Work on 2020 Demos:
Create foam inserts for MAE 2020 demo kits.  Using 3d router table and CAD software, modify and manufacture foam inserts for MAE 2020 demoe kits.  Training provided.  Can be combined with other listed jobs. 

Build Wall for 4180 Robot Course:
Build new wall system for MAE 4180 robot course.  Can be combined with other listed jobs.
