Douglas MacMartin was recently awarded a grant through Battelle-Pacific Northwest – BMI (BATTELLE-PAC NW), Department of Energy – DOE, entitled “A Rigorous Evaluation of the Potentials and the Limitations of Climate Perturbations using Systems Engineering Approaches”.
