Biography
Tamanna is an undergraduate (Expected date of graduation: May 2018), currently pursuing Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University. She would like to pursue a masters degree in product design due to her deep interest in art, innovation and mechanical/product design. She joined the KirbyLab in June 2016, to learn about Nanoparticle Tracking Anaysis and perform experiments to characterize the size and concentration of extracellular vesicles shed by cancer cells. As an undergraduate, she is also a member of a engineering project team, Intel-Cornell Cup USA, that designs and manufacturs R2-D2 like droids.
