    John, it’s great that you recognized and experienced the value of slowing down and reflecting. I agree with you that globalization and “advancement” is both good and bad. People feel busier and more stressed as they fill their lives with all the news and news feeds they can handle (or think they can handle). So good for you! Enjoy and relish those moments of reflection and rejuvenation.
